Training courses
Each course is tailored to the level of expertise of the participants. Course levels include:
- Introductory courses for workers who deal with clients on benefits but who don’t need specialist caseworker levels of knowledge
- Updating and refresher courses for people who already have a grounding in benefits and need to increase their involvement
- Ongoing support and consultancy for workers who need guidance, calculations, untangling and general inspiration with tricky or complex cases
